PROCESSING TIME

All returns require a Return Authorization number to be issued prior to being returned. Return requests must be received within 7 days of the date the product arrived with the customer. Returns must be sent out within 7 days from the date the RA number was issued. Returned products must be in new, unworn condition, unless there is a quality defect. We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee for damaged, incomplete or otherwise non-conforming returns.
