Samantha Chang  was born and raised in Hong Kong.  She started sketching when she was 6.  When she received her first Vogue from her aunt who lived in NY in her early teens, her interests in fashion grew and eventually brought her to the United States and attended Rhode Island School of Design.    

In 1995, she started her own business with a contemporary ready-to-wear collection that was immediately bought by Barneys NY.  In 1999, she launched her lingerie collection at Bergdorf Goodman and Ron Herman Fred Segal in Los Angeles, CA.  Her design experience also extends to bridal and evening dresses.  Lingerie is where she finds her niche. 

Samantha Chang Intimates is a modern and contemporary lingerie collection.  She designs lingerie that is feminine with uncomplicated silhouettes with attention to details and finishing.
